Biography

Sheila began working at OBRE/CCE in May 2017. Before coming to AState, Sheila was a high school English teacher and Reading Specialist in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education and a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a specialization in Reading and Language Studies. When she is not doing work for OBRE/CCE, Sheila is busy taking care of her cats, goats, and chickens.
