Biography
Eric has served in management roles in food service for five years, including Assistant Director working for a food and nutrition contract company. He is experienced with lean management and process improvement methodologies including Toyota KATA. Additionally, Eric is a Training Within Industry (TWI) Certified Trainer and Train-the-Trainer instructor.
