Convocation of Scholars is a celebration of academic achievements of outstanding students. The Beck College of Sciences and Mathematics recognizes the Chancellor's Scholar Award and all graduating seniors with a 4.0 grade point average. The College academic departments select a graduating senior (August, December, or May) in each of the degrees the department grants to receive the department award for that degree. Selection of these awards are based on both academic record and activities within and contributions to the department.
