The Parking and Motor Vehicle Committee reports on parking and for operating a motor vehicle on campus, and serves as an appeals body for anyone wishing to appeal a citation. Reports are forwarded to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.
Membership consists of three students appointed annually by the Student Government Association; three faculty members appointed to staggered two-year terms by the Faculty Senate; three staff members appointed to staggered two-year terms by the Staff Senate; and a representative from Disability Services. The Director of Parking Services serves as an ex-officio, nonvoting member. The committee elects a chair at the beginning of each year.
