Eligibility Information
To apply to the program, you will need to provide the following items at your first visit:
- Copy of form DD214
- Or other verification of present day combat military service
Requirements:
- Active duty or discharged military personnel from present day conflicts
- Veterans who were casualties of war (including those experiencing traumatic brain injury, loss of limb, and post-traumatic stress disorder) and
- Those in need of rehabilitation, career counseling and educational attainment
